In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Law (Regulations on distance and off-premises contracts are contained in the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827):

• You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

• The deadline to withdraw from the contract will expire after 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

• To exercise the right to withdraw from the contract, please inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by sending the completed form available on our website to the address sklep@chaos-fashion.com .

• You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

• The product may be returned only when the product has original tags and does not bear any signs of use.

• The right to withdraw from a distance contract is not available to the consumer in relation to contracts where the subject of the service is a non-prefabricated item , manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or serving to satisfy his individual needs (e.g. a dress made to order).

• In order to keep the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for you to send information regarding the exercise of your right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline to withdraw from the contract.

Consequences of withdrawal from the contract

In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will reimburse you for the costs of the products immediately, and in any case not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we received your return shipment. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

EXCHANGE

In the event that the received product does not meet your expectations in terms of size, we suggest replacing the product within 14 calendar days for the same model in a different size.

To take advantage of this option, please contact us so that we can verify the stock of the desired size.

The costs of delivery of the replaced product are borne by the customer.

After receiving the telephone or e-mail approval of the exchange, please send the product back together with the exchange form to our address:
